This Collection is every bit romantic and I think of it like throwing any inhibitions out the window and just letting your instincts lead you.
Like a Girl who just moved to Paris who doesnt have a care in the world and says yes to a summer fling.
My favourite pieces in this collection is the Gallerie Tee. I pictured Andy Warhol painting flowers for a lover instead of doing the expected and giving her a boquet of flowers because Artists are not normal and we don't do normal things. This is every bit pop art inspired romance.
The Paris Tee is our second ever regular tee, and I have been wearing it around New York and I love it so much.
I won't lie I was binge watching Emily in Paris when I designed this and so it has those flirty pinks, the printed sleeves and just that little bit of extra feminine energy that we love so much about that show. So when we shot this piece we knew we had to go full Parisian chic with this and I love how these photos turned out!
I really wanted to have fun with the creative direction of this shoot and not just do your standard eccom and campaign in paris. I wanted it to feel like you were in her apartment, it couldn't be too clean it couldn't too perfect because this story is about being young and moving out of home for the first time.
I created this custom key ring to symbolise La Maison Hotel and it really speaks to the romance and the summer fling aspect of a Paris Romance for me.
Croissants on the floor, an old rug that we brought second hand.
This is why I always say for me campaign shoots are like art exhibitions because you are really telling that story with every element and every prop.
I hope you love this collection and I hope it reminds of you a more carefree time in your life when you through caution to the wind and lived life to its fullest.
